The Tempest Development Group produces Windows-based, client/server property management software for municipalities. Centered around the Land core and including the most critical revenue generating applications (taxes and utilities) as well as Desktop Mapping, Bylaw Enforcement, Licencing, Centralized Cash Collection, Permits and Development Tracking, Tempest has filled a void created by a traditionally financial focus.

The Tempest suite of property software enables local governments to focus on the property aspect of their operation through a centralized Land Management system. Developed with the cooperation of cities and municipalities, the software creates an environment where staff and customers can view all aspects of a property in a PC based, Windows and relational database environment that is both easy to use and comprehensive.

The Tempest Development Group Inc. was formed in 1993 by industry leading professionals in order to provide software to handle property and revenue information effectively and effortlessly.

Recognizing a need to fulfill requirements from a wide variety of departments, Tempest's experienced staff created a suite of products that manages local government property and revenue for a number of clients in British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State. The success of the central land database and its satellite systems in a client-server environment has led clients to continue working with Tempest as we expand our staff and our product suite.
