The Tempest Development Group offers a full range of services that begin with your decision to implement Tempest and continue through installation, training and ongoing support. The pre-implementation stage includes project management that combines the expertise of Tempest project staff with the experience of your staff to create a team that will ensure the success of the project. The pre-implementation phase includes software installation, conversion and fit analysis, while examining all areas of your business to determine business requirements, program modifications, quality assurance and eventual acceptance. Throughout this phase, training classes are held to prepare staff for the eventual testing and cutover.

Once you are live on new applications, the Tempest Support team takes over to provide ongoing telephone support, delivery of enhancements throughout the year and ongoing training. Training can be held either at your office or at the Tempest office, where you have the opportunity to share your experiences with other Tempest customers. Once a year, a User Conference is held, offering clients an opportunity to network with peers and spend time with Tempest staff.
