eApply Calls

The eApply Calls module allows your citizens to submit requests for service and complaints online. Give your citizens the ability to submit requests when and where it’s convenient for them.

eApply Calls works with your Tempest Calls for Service system so that calls submitted online are entered into the system instantly. Web templates allow you to map requests received online to specific workgroups, problem classes, and problems. Templates can also be configured to automatically assign requests to staff for processing.

Tempest’s email integration with the Calls for Service system facilitates email notification and tracking for requests received online. The system can automatically send emails internally to staff and externally to requestors based on selected events in a request’s lifecycle, such as assignment, completion, or cancellation.
